Partner with us

Whether you are a project sponsor, an industry supplier, an investor, or an institution with assets that match our focus — we offer a clear pathway to collaboration.

For project sponsors & asset owners

Communities · Developers · Concession holders · Governments

If you own, operate, or have development rights over infrastructure or clean energy assets — from a community solar installation in Sussex to a port concession in East Africa — we provide the structuring, capital raising, and ongoing asset management to transform your project into an investable product.

How we work together

1
Initial assessment — We evaluate your project's revenue model, regulatory position, asset quality, and suitability for structured investment product design. No upfront cost at this stage.
2
Advisory & structuring — We design the optimal capital structure — SPV formation, revenue waterfall, tranching (senior/subordinated), legal documentation — and prepare the asset for investor presentation.
3
Capital raising & placement — We originate investors from our qualified investor registry across London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Beijing, conduct roadshows, and execute placement through our issuance channels.
4
Ongoing asset management — Post-placement, E&C Assets manages investor reporting, revenue distribution, performance monitoring, and periodic revaluation for the life of the product.

How to participate

1
Supplier qualification — Submit your company profile, product catalogue, and relevant project references. Our Beijing office conducts initial assessment and due diligence.
2
Project matching — Qualified suppliers are matched to active E&C programme projects based on technical requirements, capacity, and delivery capability.
3
Commercial negotiation — Contract terms, pricing, delivery schedule, and quality assurance requirements are negotiated directly between the supplier and the project SPV, with E&C Advisory facilitating.
4
Delivery & payment — Payment is structured through the project financing facility — typically via confirmed letters of credit or milestone-based disbursement from the project escrow, providing suppliers with sovereign-grade payment security.

Supplier enquiries are handled by our Beijing liaison, by prior institutional arrangement. Mandarin-language correspondence is welcome. 供应商咨询由北京联络处负责(仅限机构预约安排),欢迎中文通信。

For investors

Institutional · Family offices · Professional · Qualified individual

We offer three distinct pathways for capital deployment into our infrastructure and clean energy programmes. Each is designed for a different investment preference — from diversified fund exposure to targeted project participation to fixed-return capital provision.

Pathway 1 — Fund participation (LP)

Participate as a Limited Partner in E&C-managed investment funds, each focused on a specific asset class or geography. As General Partner, E&C manages all origination, structuring, and asset management. You gain diversified exposure across multiple projects without selecting individual deals. Fund raising announcements and subscription windows are published periodically on this website and distributed to our qualified investor registry.

Minimum participation from £100,000 · Quarterly distributions · Fund life 5–10 years

Pathway 2 — Direct project participation

Participate directly in a specific project — a UK community solar portfolio, a Chinese data centre, an African port concession — through equity or debt instruments structured by E&C Capital. You select the project, the tranche (senior or subordinated), and the entry amount. Available projects and participation terms are published in our deal room, accessible to registered qualified investors.

Minimum participation from $30,000 · Project-specific terms · Equity or debt entry

Pathway 3 — Fixed return capital

Provide capital on a fixed-return basis without specifying a particular fund or project. E&C deploys the capital across its active programmes and provides an agreed fixed return, supported by negotiated credit enhancement measures — which may include asset-backed security, revenue pledge, or parent company guarantee. Terms, return rates, tenure, and credit enhancements are structured individually through private negotiation.

Minimum £250,000 · Fixed return · Bespoke terms · Credit-enhanced

Current opportunities

Active fund subscriptions and available project participations are published in the E&C Deal Room, accessible to registered qualified investors. To request access, please contact our investor relations team or register via the link below.

For institutions

Sovereign wealth funds · Development banks · Government agencies · Concession holders · Infrastructure operators

If your organisation controls, operates, or holds development authority over infrastructure assets that are sovereign-shielded and state-conferred — assets whose access is determined by political authority, government concession, regulatory allocation, or state-level approval rather than open market pricing — we invite you to explore structured co-investment and equity participation arrangements with E&C.

What qualifies

We seek assets that meet a single standard: access is governed by sovereign authority, not market mechanisms. This includes — but is not limited to — government-granted concessions, regulator-allocated capacity, state-backed revenue contracts, politically authorised development rights, and restructuring opportunities that require regulatory approval. Geography, sector, and scale are secondary. The defining characteristic is that the asset sits behind a political threshold that capital alone cannot cross.

What we bring

1
Qualified international capital — Access to our investor registry across London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Beijing, deployed through structured participation products designed by E&C Capital.
2
Cross-border structuring — E&C Advisory navigates regulatory, tax, and legal frameworks across jurisdictions to design compliant vehicles for international capital entry.
3
Long-term asset stewardship — E&C Assets manages investor reporting, distributions, and performance monitoring for the life of the co-investment.

Institutional enquiries are handled by our Hong Kong office (Two Exchange Square). We welcome introductions through existing relationships or direct approach.
