E&C Intelligence Essential and Premium are offered on an annual subscription basis. Subscription fees are payable in advance and processed via our payment providers (Stripe, or bank wire transfer). Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each annual term unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation process communicated at the point of subscription.
Subscription fees are fully refundable against your first structured participation in an E&C investment product, in accordance with the terms of the applicable subscription agreement. Outside of this arrangement, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
